Are you seeking support for yourself and your entire family?
We will work with you to understand your families’ specific needs and provide a plan with how to move forward, providing a wrap-around approach so we can hold and assist each individual member of your family as well as your family as a whole.
Our therapists are at the cutting-edge of marriage and family therapy while also being trauma-informed, strengths based and solution oriented to help your family move from surviving to thriving. Over the past decade, Introspective Family Therapy has developed and has been utilizing a very unique, evidence-based collaborative process when working with families. We offer to see all the members of your family together or individually and then collaborate on ways to help your whole family system function in a more healthy and productive way. We work as a team side by side with each other which allows us to have a comprehensive approach to working with the complex system and dynamics of families and relationships. Using this collaborative approach we have created, we have witnessed profound transformation in our families when the entire family system is supported. We use many traditional Western and Eastern approaches to therapy such as but not limited to, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems and blend these with alternative methods such as somatic work, mindfulness and yoga. We are deeply committed to client care and being of service. Our goal is always to provide symptom relief as well as a path to healing and lasting change.
We recognize there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to your family. We tailor our approaches to fit your needs and work hard to understand your experience and what is important to you. We honor who you are, where you come from and always see you as a whole person. We are confident and successful in our work because all of us at Introspective work hard to continue learning and value doing our own healing work in our own lives and with our families.
